What led you to write it?

The increased worry about the negative impact of Soulless leaders in our culture.

How long did it take to write?

35 years to develop the ideas and 6 months to a first draft.

Do you prefer writing in one genre over another?

I prefer whatever genre can help the largest group of people live balanced, healthy lives.

What book most influenced your life?

The Will to Meaning by Victor Frankl.

Where do you write?

In my home office in Massachusetts in the winter and in our home in Southern Maine in the summer.

Is there any one thing that especially frustrates you about the writing process?

Not really, I feel invigorated whenever I write, it is a joy to tell the poignant stories I hear everyday and the insights that are a result of my relationship with clients.

Any advice for novice writers?

Don’t fret about the grammar, don’t be perfectionistic, just write, let go and let your heart tell the story
